Order Processing & Fulfillment

Each ForeignHny order is processed with care. Most orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it ships. Fulfillment times are estimates and may vary during launches, restocks, holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected production delays.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, and any potential delays outside of our control.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Total delivery time includes both the time it takes to fulfill your order and the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ForeignHny is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ForeignHny is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, your front desk, mailroom, or local post office.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. ForeignHny is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
