The 10K Club is our free movement and accountability community on StepUp. It started with one simple promise—walk 10,000 steps a day—and grew into people encouraging one another from different cities and countries.
How to join
- Download the free StepUp app for iPhone or Android.
- Create your StepUp account and allow the app to connect to your phone’s step data.
- Send @ForeignHny a DM that says “10K Club”, or use our contact form to request the private group invitation.
- Open the invitation on your phone and select Join.
- Start where you are, move at your pace, and encourage the rest of The Hive.
You do not need a perfect routine to belong. Missing a day does not erase your progress. There is no punishment and no starting over—just the choice to return.
